According to two sources that have spoken to THE SPORTS TIMES NETWORK, one being a UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE BOOSTER, the other being a Knoxville media personality with close ties to the TENNESSEE BASKETBALL PROGRAM, current TENNESEE HEAD COACH - BRUCE PEARL will be relieved of his coaching responsibilities effective immediately upon the completion of the season.
Both sources went on to say that current MARQUETTE HEAD COACH - BUZZ WILLIAMS could be named the next TENNESSEE HEAD COACH. It was stated by both sources, that DON DEVOE offered to be the interim coach but NO interim coach is likey deemed to be necessary full-time.
